On which amateur frequencies in the 10-meter band may stations with a General class control operator transmit CW emissions?

Why Section 97.305(a) states that an amateur station may transmit CW on any frequency authorized to its control operator. General class licensees have all of 10 meters, 28.000 to 29.700 MHz, so CW is legal across the whole band, including the phone and image segment above 28.300 MHz.
Watch out The 28.000 to 28.300 MHz range is the part of 10 meters restricted to CW and data only; above 28.300 MHz phone is added, but CW is not taken away.
CW is the universal mode: if you may transmit there at all, you may transmit CW there.

47 CFR 97.305(a) Authorized emission types.

(a) Except as specified elsewhere in this part, an amateur station may transmit a CW emission on any frequency authorized to the control operator.

(b) A station may transmit a test emission on any frequency authorized to the control operator for brief periods for experimental purposes, except that no pulse modulation emission may be transmitted on any frequency where pulse is not specifically authorized and no SS modulation emission may be transmitted on any frequency where SS is not specifically authorized.

(c) A station may transmit the following emission types on the frequencies indicated, as authorized to the control operator, subject to the standards specified in § 97.307(f):
